About Us
_______________
The purpose of Inland Empire Young Nonprofit Professionals
Network (YNPN) is to enhance capacity building by
bringing attention to the nonprofit sector in the Inland Empire
area. Inland
Empire YNPN is the local chapter serving the Inland
Empire area acting as the central place for information
and resources for nonprofit professionals.
Inland
Empire YNPN will serve the local area by offering its
members free events, professional development programs,
nonprofit job search and networking among nonprofit
professionals. When you
join Inland Empire YNPN, you'll gain access to a network

YNPN Mission
The Young
Nonprofit Professionals Network promotes an efficient,
viable and inclusive nonprofit sector that supports the growth,
learning and development of young professionals. We engage and
support future nonprofit and community leaders through
professional development, networking and social opportunities
designed for young people involved in the nonprofit community.
YNPN Vision
YNPN is focused on building local chapter leadership and
capacity, along with developing a unified, national
voice for early career professionals.
National
YNPN History
Originally founded in San Francisco, local
leaders began to form YNPN chapters in New York,
Chicago, Washington, DC and Denver. To better serve
this growing national network and provide infrastructure
for local chapters across the country, YNPN National
incorporated as an independent, national 501(c)3
nonprofit in 2004. The national body is governed by a
board of directors, comprised of representatives from
YNPN chapters from across the country, along with other
leaders committed to making the nonprofit sector a
vibrant and viable place to work for young
professionals.
